What gets written down when you call, and what happens to it afterwards.

Last updated: October 2026

Information We Collect

When you telephone we write down what is needed to find the property and get back to you: a name, a telephone number, the address, and whatever you describe about the roof, the rooms beneath it and the access around the house.

At the visit we make our own record — measurements, notes on each slope, photographs of the covering and the decking, and the itemised estimate that follows. Where work goes ahead, that record grows to include the agreed scope, the materials, the skip and permit arrangements, and the dates the crew was on site.

This website has no contact form, no newsletter, no booking tool and no account to create. Nothing here gathers anything by itself, so what we hold is what you told us on the telephone or at the house.

How We Use Your Information

To find the right property, carry out the visit, write the estimate, order materials against it, arrange the skip or the permit, schedule the crew, and answer questions about the job afterwards.

Photographs and measurements are kept so that a question about the work can still be answered in a few years' time, by us or by whoever asks on your behalf.

We do not sell anything we hold, and we do not pass it to anybody marketing to you.

Who Else Sees It

The suppliers who deliver material see the delivery address and a telephone number for the driver. The skip company sees the address and, where one is needed, the borough sees it on the permit application.

Nobody else receives it unless the law requires it of us.

Data Security

Estimates, measurements, photographs and job records sit on password-protected devices and accounts, reachable only by the people working on your roof.

No arrangement is perfect, and we do not claim that one is. We keep as little as the work needs and keep it where it is not casually reachable.

Your Choices and Rights

You can ask what we hold about your property, ask for copies of the photographs, or ask us to delete the record. The quickest route is the telephone number on this site.

You may decline to give us information, though a roof cannot be measured without an address to go to.

Cookies and Analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no tracking of visitors between sessions.

Our hosting provider keeps ordinary server records of requests, as every web host does, which we do not connect to any individual.

Third-Party Links

Some pages link outward, usually to a manufacturer's own installation literature. Those sites keep their own policies and this one does not cover them.

Children

This is a roofing business and nothing here is directed at children. We do not knowingly collect anything about anybody under thirteen.

Changes to This Policy

If how we handle information changes, the revised policy appears here with a new date at the top.

Contact

Questions about any of this are answered on the telephone number carried throughout this site, serving Gibbsboro, New Jersey and the Camden County boroughs around it.
