OSHA certified
The certification covers how a site is run: anchorage, edge protection, ladder angle and who is allowed where while material is moving. On a lot where the neighbour's path runs under the eaves it protects more than the crew.

A small outfit working the borough and the towns beside it, where the hard part of a roof is usually everything that happens on the ground.
Working a borough this size teaches you quickly that the roof is rarely the constraint. The constraint is a twenty-foot drive, a neighbour's car, a kerb you need a permit to stand a skip on, and a street that has to stay passable while four tons of old shingle comes off a house. Get those right and the roof itself is a known quantity.

Accreditation is a public listing, not a review and not a rating. It means there is an avenue for a complaint that does not run through us, and it takes about a minute to verify.
A note through the doors either side before the first morning. A pallet of shingles landing at first light with nobody expecting it is how a straightforward job turns into a bad week for a whole street.
Soft decking is photographed and priced before anything goes over it. The photographs come to you whether or not the extra work is taken.
Your drive, the kerb line and both neighbours' frontages. A nail in somebody else's tyre is still our job.
Close enough that a look at a roof does not need to be an appointment three weeks out.
An hour on it and under it, then an itemised sheet you keep either way.
